The Ordant platform collects and processes information from a database shared by all the embedded apps. This means that once customer data is entered, it will be automatically updated in all of the apps each time there is a change in the customer’s contact information
You do not have to buy and connect multiple software programs. Nor do you have to learn them or constantly log into other programs to get all the data you need to complete an estimate, schedule a job, or prepare a report
For example, when you enter new product data into the MIS, it will automatically show up in your storefront with the correct online pricing. This level of data integration and automation can lead to much lower error rates and consistently better customer service.
