VERY intuitive--everyone on the team agrees!. Ordant helped us get up and running quickly with their fantastic support. Before we started using Ordant, our workflow was deeply flawed. Each step in the process was slow and clunky, from RFQs, and Estimates, to Orders and Billing. There was a lot of double, sometimes triple entry of items which cost us in terms of efficiency and turnaround times with our customers. After switching to Ordant, we saw immediate gains. Ordant's Purchase Order module made handling outside vendor orders a breeze. We can now easily handle digital printing orders and update pricing instantly. With Ordant, our job processing speed was increased by 75%. One of our favorite features is Ordant's Order Manager. The Order Manager was especially helpful because of it's simple interface as a Dashboard showing the production progress of each order, whether the order was out for a proof, or being cut and finished. Updating an order's status via the Order Manager was as simple as drag and drop. Ordant's connectivity options made billing much smoother than in the past. We connected to QuickBooks Online so every order was automatically entered into our files. Ordant also gave us the ability to connect to the most popular SaaS offerings, Slack, and Google Apps. The seamless connectivity was more than we could have hoped for and the ability to back our files u in the cloud was great for our peace of mind. I would highly recommend any printer looking to make their production process straightforward, hassle free, and secure should consider getting Ordant.

Ordant is very easy to use and has multiple routes to get to any information you need. Ordant's team is always helping us find new solutions for improving our workflow. Their customer service is beyond 5-Star. They reply to any questions or emails almost immediately and even have a feedback button built right into the website. They always ensure our shop runs smoothly. Ordant's customer service is fantastic but their tools are equally beneficial. There are more than can be listed! Instant quoting, tracking orders, online storefronts, client history, etc. The tools make Ordant a great value for any printing shop and after only six months we can't imagine how we went without it.

The best print estimating solution we've worked with for large-format printing

Ordant's customization allows us to fine tune costs and pricing. By fine tuning our costs and pricing, our sales people can get accurate estimates to customers in much less time. Additionally, we now have so much more flexibility than before and can react to a fluid situation much more easily. All of our staff have really enjoyed using this software, even the people who were less familiar with computers quickly overcame their hesitation and liked using all the different tools. Some of our favorite tools are estimating, order tracking, and the notification system that keeps everyone up-to-date. We love that the software is cloud-based because it let's us do our work from anywhere and we don't have to worry about keeping our data backed up, or any hardware maintenance. Pros: I am a novice at best, when it comes to Storefronts and websites. Over the past months and with minimal consultation during weekly conversations we have accomplished a storefront that is now actively attracting clientele. The team at Ordant quickly responds to any questions or issues that we inquire about. We have only used a fraction of what Ordant offers. In my opinion you need a partner that can not only help grow your business,but offers techknowlogy that grows with your business! Cons: Don't have many if any. I am familiar with Print price & production software, but this is the only one I have worked with that has a proofing system.

Comments: After using Ordant's Essential Package for seven months, we know we will never go back to our old system. We love that Ordant is web based because it can easily be updated from anywhere. The flexibility of the web based software means that we can use both PCs and Macs which is really handy for our staff! Now we can get our work done twice as fast. Before we purchased Ordant, our estimating was always a bottleneck in our process, now our whole timeline is quick and efficient. Not only has Ordant been great for our estimating, it's also been very useful in eliminating our billing errors and helping us contact our customers through email. We can send verification, follow-ups, and estimates from within the service. Our customers are very happy! Great System, Great Support, Great Service!

Comments: As a printing professional we have tried many workflow systems. We specialize in envelopes which a lot different than the normal printing workflows. We not only manufacture, but we have warehousing, pick and packs, kitting, and imprinting services. Most of the printing software's are unable to handle these scenarios. Ordant however, is so customizable that it made this handling a breeze. If we had any issues their support team was always on top of the ball and helped out. Not only did their support team help us if we ran into any issues, but the entire network of Ordant users would also help out. Not only was their support great, but their R&D team would listen to our needs, and requests, and update the software accordingly. We truly feel like we have helped make this software what it is today.

BEST order management system I've come across for printing

Comments: Ordant is by far the BEST software I have come across to organize our process for design and print. I have tried over a dozen order management systems but none have been the right fit for our company. Ordant has solved most of our internal issues, including transparent billing, real time order process tracking and automated pricing. They are always open for suggestions of improvement, and oftentimes will implement them right away. Ordant has helped the flow of our order process tremendously and I would recommend the program to anyone in the design or print industry.
